FUCHS – New TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30.

Introducing Fuchs’ new TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30.

They are the lubricants technology people and their latest product release reinforces their ability to deliver an efficient solution for Asian and European modern passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Australian Made, German Technology

Building on last year’s release of the ‘game changing’ TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 SAE 5W-30, Fuchs is pleased to promote another of its Australian made with German technology engine oils with the release of TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30.

And like the TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 SAE 5W-30 which combines ACEA C2 and C3 in one product, TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 provides ACEA C3 and C4 coverage whilst also featuring approvals from two key European original equipment vehicle manufacturers – hence, the usage of ‘FLEX’ and ‘34’ within the product’s name and Fuchs part number (i.e. 4934).

Strong Market Coverage

However, it’s the ability of TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 to service vehicles requiring either an ACEA C3 and/or C4 requirement which is most impressive, particularly for those workshops servicing vehicles from a number of Asian and European original equipment vehicle manufacturers.

In fact, TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 is an engine oil which not only can be used in the Nissan Navara, Pathfinder and X-Trail but also selected Infiniti and Renault models.

Along with its approvals from Mercedes Benz (MB Approval 226.51 and 229.51) and Renault (RN0720) – and thanks to some market data research conducted by Fuchs Lubricants Australasia – TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 has the potential to provide market coverage for nearly seven hundred thousand vehicles across the Australian and New Zealand car parc.

Flexible Capabilities, Packaging and Performance

In addition to its ACEA C3 and C4 specification, TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 was also developed for some Renault and Mercedes Benz engines with exhaust after-treatment and turbochargers whilst also featuring good cold-starting performance, high wear protection levels and low fuel consumption.

Furthermore, TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 is available in either a 5L bottle or 205L drum and replaces the recently deleted TITAN GT1 PRO C-4 SAE 5W-30.

And what is another sign of Fuchs’ ‘flexing its technological muscle’ is that when a workshop stock both the TITAN GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 and TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 SAE 5W-30 (see on the left) they will enjoy ACEA C2 to C4 vehicle coverage with just two products – a fact not lost on Fuchs Lubricants Australasia’s Managing Director Wayne Hoiles.

“With its combination of ACEA C3 and C4 – together with its list of European approvals and impressive performance capabilities – Fuchs’ new GT1 FLEX 34 SAE 5W-30 reinforces our capability of providing flexible engine oil solutions for the Australasian market.”
