Mobile Tyre Shop – Australia’s leading mobile tyre brand – has secured a significant investment from Sailun International Holding (Singapore) PTE LTD, a subsidiary of Shanghai-listed Sailun Group Co. LTD.

– Objectives: Expand Mobile Tyre Shop’s e-commerce and onsite service network, establish Sailun’s market presence in Australia, and create a strategic springboard to the Asia Pacific market for both brands
Sailun, currently the 9th largest manufacturer of tyres globally, positions this investment as a tactical move aligning with their “production + sales” strategy. This partnership enables Sailun to gain immediate market access and assist in R&D to develop specialised products for Australian consumers.
Growth Potential:
- Online Tyre Sales: In Australia, e-commerce represents less than five per cent of total tyre sales market share, while online tyre sales in more established markets like the UK have exceeded 21 per cent.
- Expansion Plans: Mobile Tyre Shop plans to increase its network to 100+ service vans, boost marketing and lead generation, and expand its national support team.
