Solera – Autodata acquires AutoMate Training.

Autodata Publishing Group Limited (“Autodata”), a Solera Holdings, Inc. (“Solera”) group company and a global leader in automotive technical information, confirmed the acquisition of AutoMate Training Pty. Ltd. (“AutoMate”), the automotive industry’s foremost provider of online technical training and professional development platforms.

Founded and based in Sydney, AutoMate has rapidly expanded from a fledgling start-up to become a globally competitive player, offering automotive eLearning to thousands of automotive professionals and workshops in more than 60 countries.
