Advanced Driver Assistance System

Launch is now leading the way for innovating new products.

ADAS – What is it? Advanced Driver Assistance System.

As more modern vehicles are released into the Australian market place we have more safety features added to help us with our daily commute.

Launch has released the ADAS which is the latest automotive calibration equipment on the market. It works in conjunction with the X431AUSCAN terminal for the calibration of camera and radar based ADAS systems. The ADAS allows the operator to locate the camera calibration panels and the radar reflector panel in the correct position to ensure the system calibration can be carried out quickly and accurately. This is required when sensors have been removed, replaced or repaired. Some replacement windscreens will also need to be recalibrated.

Sensors that need calibration would comprise of FRONT, SIDE, REAR, Lidar, Radar, Front Camera, Night Vision Camera, Mirror Camera, All-around Camera, Rear Camera and Radar. The Vehicle Coverage will compromise of Lexus, GM, Ford, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Toyota, Infiniti, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Kia, Daihatsu, Nissan, Renault and more will be added as developed.

The Launch ADAS calibration system will give the automotive aftermarket repair workshops the ability to calibrate the ADAS system quickly and safely with the ability to offer this service to their customers conveniently saving them the trip to the dealership.

Launch has released two models of ADAS: AUSCAN ADAS and ADAS MOBILE.
