HM GEM launches Australia’s range of all new Cylinder Heads.

Australia’s largest engine and cylinder head remanufacturer, HM GEM, has launched the largest and most comprehensive range of ALL NEW cylinder heads available in the Australian market.

The extensive range of high-quality HM GEM Cylinder Heads is in excess of 140 models with more than 110 on the shelf at any one time available for immediate delivery from nine strategically located warehouses stretching from Adelaide to Cairns.

In sourcing the castings and valve train components from overseas, a number of stringent safety measures have been put in place to ensure the highest quality standards and a perfect fit for vehicles in the Australian car parc. These include careful on-going auditing and quality approvals of all overseas manufacturing suppliers.

On arrival at HM GEM’s ISO 9001:2015 accredited main manufacturing plant in Dandenong, Melbourne, all castings go through a quality inspection process and where necessary they are machined to ensure a perfect outcome.

All valve train components also go through a thorough quality inspection control before being released for final assembly. Assembly of the finished cylinder heads is the hands of some of Australia’s most experienced engine and cylinder head fitters and machinists before final QA checks and release to the market as OEM quality replacement products.

The all new cylinder head range covers passenger cars, 4X4 and light commercial vehicles for both petrol and diesel applications covering vehicle marques such as Toyota, Mazda, Ford, Holden, Isuzu, Nissan, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Kia.
