Kia EV5 will be available in three trim levels: Air, Earth, and GT-Line (which will arrive in December). The Air variant features a FWD powertrain, while the Earth and GT-Line variants come with AWD powertrains.
Based on the N3-ek platform, the EV5 brings both standard and long-range electric power to the mid-sized SUV segment. The Air trim is available with either a 64.2 kWh standard range battery or an 88.1 kWh long-range battery, while the Earth and GT-Line trims come exclusively with the long-range battery.
Kia has ensured that the EV5 is suited to Australia’s unique road conditions by subjecting it to an extensive local ride and handling program.
