The BMW Z3 was immediately admired for its design. But it was the arrival of the M Roadster version that took the concept to another level. Benefiting from the M3's 3.2L M S50 inline-six and with an unique intake and seamless stainless steel extractors and exhaust, twin mass flywheel, floating brake rotors, the Roadster packed 321 hp under the bonnet just shy of the M3's 333 hp. Owned by a serious car enthusiast, this M Roadster is presented in totally original condition and is showing 72,416 Kilometres and is sold complete with the original log books, full ownership history, purchase paperwork, three sets of keys and the original new car brochures. The M Roadster has been fully serviced by BMW with all oils replaced irrespective of the mileage on a yearly basis.

On the inside, the M Roadster is factory optioned with NAPPA leather seats, illuminated gear lever, oval rear view mirrors including the interior mirror. Also importantly, traction control is deleted as the BMW engineers didn't want to spoil the driving experience of the M series. There is also no spare tyre and the battery is located in the boot to achieve a 50/50 weight distribution.

Owned while living in New Zealand, the car was imported in 2010 to Australia. The BMW comes with this import documentation.

Motoring journalists judged the M Roadster one of the most demandingly agile cars on the road. Brakes, too, were judged world-class, and the whole packaged was seen as a perfect choice for a well-trained enthusiast.
