1975 FORD FALCON 500 197 Ford XB Falcon 500 Ex Highway Patrol

Muscle Car Warehouse now offer for sale this beautiful Ford XB Falcon 500. Commissioned by the Victorian Police force when it was used as an unmarked highway patrol car until 1977. It was originally ordered with a 351 T code engine (identical to the Falcon GT), FMX automatic transmission and a 9 diff. Further to this this car was also factory fitted with power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, tramp rods and a dual exhaust system. This car is basically a Falcon GT in a Falcon 500 body! Finished in the subtle colour of Skyview Blue and saddle trim and believed to be one of only six cars ordered in the colour with the T code engine. Other notable features are a GT bonnet and driving lights. Currently running 12 slot wheels and GS caps but with the original steel rims and dog dish hubcaps included. Still running the matching number engine with original components such as Motorcraft coil, engine lift hooks, the dog tag on the radiator support and original four-barrel Motorcraft carbie still with the car. Vehicle registration details is recorded in the Victoria Police Historical Societys archives. A genuine sales brochure, colour selector and dealership logbook folder are included.
