This Iconic piece of history is up for Sale.1965 Ford Mustang GT Fastback. Registration 65MYGT. Truly a timeless and most sort after collectible car. In concours condition . 5th owner since new of this beautifully restored vehicle. 2nd owner in Australia since arriving from Sacramento California in 2007. On inspection you will see the meticulous full rotisserie restoration and precision work spent to bring this to its glory "original " condition.

I have bracketed all coding under so you are able to decode the vehicle The vehicle was manufactured on 9th August 1965 ( 5 ) in San Jose California ( R ) for shipment to Los Angeles DSO ( 71 ) as a genuine Fastback luxury (09) ( 63B ) "GT " 1 of only 5776 ever made. An original "A " ( A ) code vehicle 289 Ci 4V V8 255HPrare 4 speed manual trans ( 5 ) Very rare Silver smoke Gray exterior colour(K) which has to be seen in the flesh to be appreciated.
interior boasts a beautiful black pony luxury trim ( 66 ) GT meaning, front discs, grille mounted fog lamps, rocker panel strips, handling package, quick ratio steering, chrome exhaust trumpets, five dial instrument panel and more importantly GT's were only made between Feb to late August 1965. The vehicle has always been garaged and very well maintained including never seen rain . The car looks as amazing now as it did on completion of restoration in 2007 and better than new. Only reason for selling due to space.
