Description

CUSTOM BUILT VXII HSV Clubsport. Built by v8 Supercar drivers Paul Manuel Eastern Automotive Performance Centre in NZ.

I am the original owner. Car was bought new in NZ.

First built included
-supercharger, blower cam, valve springs, 900cc injectors, OTR, exhaust - result was 460hp and 1050nm atw.

Second built included
-Calloway stroker kit with 8.9 compression blower pistons (402ci capacity), 1000hp fuel pump, 8 fuel lines - factory line used as return, surge tank, custom built billet cylinder heads, double row timing chain, original alloy block, custom built transmission with custom servos, 8 MSD coils, custom 110mm throttle body, 44lb 1100cc injectors, carbonfiber cold air box, aftermarket diff gears, anti tramp bars, nolathane bushes, pedders suspension, heavy duty sway bar, APR 6 piston front and rear calipers with slotted and drilled rotors, boosting 11 pound - 520hp 1400nm atw.

Its a 1000hp LS build detuned to 700hp at 11psi boost for longevity.

Original alloy wheels with semi slick Yokohama Advan tyres.

I am sure I have missed a lot of details, but am more than happy to chat.

I have owned this car since new, its spent all of its life in the garage, and most of its life in Carcoon (temperature and humidity controlled drip charging inflatable storage system which comes with the car). This car changed countries and homes with me, has taken me over 300kph, done impressive track and circuit times. Its done around 10,000kms on the last build and 66,000kms in total. Above its purchase price, I've spent $80,000 on the builds, $40,000 on storage, shipping, regos, and upkeep, totalling roughly $200K.

The car presents as new, and is very close to showroom condition. It drives as new, and as one can imagine with the scope of work that went into it.

Sob stories aside, I never thought I will sell this car, nor do I have the need to sell it, but the vehicle is not being used, as my automotive interests changed with time and are directed elsewhere. To have this caliber of vehicle sit in the garage unused and untouched seams remarkably unfair and unjust to the actual vehicle, this has solely prompted me to thinking of passing it on.

The car is on full NSW registration with engineering plate. It passed the state inspection with flying colours when I brought it from New Zealand 14 years ago due to the high quality of its build.

Paul Manuel still owns Eastern Automotive Performance Centre, still remembers this car very well, and is more than willing to answer any related questions.
