Description
This 1960 Porsche 356b wide body replica has got to be the car that gets the most attention of all the other cars I've owned.
At a fraction of the price of a $300k - $600k original, this can actually be driven and can be parked on the street, in a car park and generally left to enjoy without worrying about a minor scratch or ding.
I initially budgeted to respray the car white and I didn't like the yellow colour as it didn't come up well in the photos when I bought it, but I've never had so many comments about the car, and specifically it's colour, so I decided to never change it - i.e it's got to be seen and driven to be believed!
Super reliable given a 2021 engine overhaul, fully rebuilt gearbox, Porsche competition short shifter, new linkages and bearings, new clutch, wiring re-done, new ignition and gauges (invoices included).
The interior leather has been used but is clean and tidy and features a new Tonneau Cover over the rear.
The cars purrs along like it should - a real pleasure to drive around town and interstate.
All vehicles are sold with clear title and no finance attached and therefore request
- low ballers need not apply
- no test pilots
- please ask your spouse's permission before making contact
This unique 1960 Porsche 356b wide body replica is part of a private promotional car collection where all vehicles are always up for sale for the right buyer at the right price. The portfolio continues to grow and vary each year and the owner is happy to consider swaps of similar unique vintage, veteran or hot rod cars that have already been restored and are ready to go.
