Maintain Fricofin LL
Maintain Fricofin LL is a long-term anti-frost coolant concentrate based on monoethylene glycol suitable for both passenger car and heavy-duty applications as well as stationary combustion engines.
Maintain Fricofin LL is an advanced coolant free of nitrites, amines, silicates and phosphates and is formulated using the highly efficient Organic Acid Technology (OAT).
Although suitable for a large range of vehicle applications, Maintain Fricofin features critical approvals from such Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) as Caterpillar, Deutz, MAN and Mercedes-Benz.
FUCHS suggests to always follow the OEM drain interval recommendation.
However, and as a guide, Maintain Fricofin LL comes with these nominal recommendations:
- Commercial vehicles 500,000 km / 8000 hrs
- Passenger cars 250,000 km / 2000 hrs
- Stationary engines 30,000 hrs / 5 years

Maintain Fricofin HDD
Maintain Fricofin HDD is an ultra-high-performance engine coolant concentrate that is also based on monoethylene glycol for use primarily in heavy duty diesel applications as well as stationary engines.
Maintain Fricofin HDD is free of amines and phosphates and features low silicate HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology) technology which protects highly loaded engines against frost, overheating, corrosion and cavitation.
Its universal usability (i.e. suitable for use in trucks, stationary engines and engines in off-highway equipment) makes Maintain Fricofin HDD ideal for engines, cylinder heads and radiators made from aluminium.
Also, the extended life composition of Maintain Fricofin HDD means no requirement for Supplement Coolant Additive (SCA) or coolant extender for up to 6 years, 12,000 hours or 1,000,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. However, FUCHS always recommends
that users follow the guidelines from Original Equipment Manufacturers regarding coolant system maintenance and advises SCA should not be added unless coolant testing indicates they are required.
Along with its strong list of recommendations, Maintain Fricofin HDD also features an Original Equipment Manufacturer Approval from MTU.

Maintain Fricofin DP
Maintain Fricofin DP is a coolant based on the latest Silicated Organic Acid Technology (SOAT) required by an increasing number of European vehicles.
Like the Maintain Fricofin LL and HDD products, Maintain Fricofin DP is an engine coolant based on monoethylene glycol being free from nitrite, amine and phosphate.
With Maintain Fricofin DP, both passenger car and heavy-duty applications are again reliably protected against damages caused by cavitation, frost, corrosion and overheating, especially in highly stressed aluminium engines.
In addition, Maintain Fricofin DP provides fast build up and long-lasting surface protection, especially to all components made of alloy.
However, Maintain Fricofin DP must be diluted with water before being applied to the coolant system. Also, this product is only recommended for use in combustion engines. Along with its list of recommendations,
