Available through Logicar is the Hofmann range of wheel servicing equipment, including tyre changers, wheel balancers and wheel aligners.

The Hofmann Monty range of tyre changers include the top-of-the-range QUADRIGA 1 GP, an automotive tyre changer which combines automatic procedures, such as mounting and demounting tyres, with utmost safety and ease of use.

WDK-certified, the Monty Quadriga 1 is capable of handling all conventional wheels as well as UHP and run-flat tyres of up to 30” rim diameter and 47” wheel diameter.

More general repair workshops should consider the MONTY 3300-24 smart Speed GP Plus with pneumatic tilt-back post, 24” outside clamping capability and smart Speed technology, while those shops tight on space should look at the Monty 3300-20 Smart GP Plus for its low footprint.

When it comes to wheel aligners, Hofmann’s Geoliner 790 Wireless Imaging Wheel Alignment System is considered one of the most advanced alignment systems on the market today.

It offers flexible installation, usage and mobility options, and its patented digital camera tracking automatically adjusts to the height of the vehicle, eliminating the need to adjust the aligner when the lift is moved.
