Mitsubishi (MMAL) has announced the introduction of the Triton Cab Chassis and Club Cab ranges, showcasing the brand’s commitment to versatility in the pickup segment.
“Triton has long been recognised for its ability to work hard and play hard,” MMAL Product Strategy General Manager Bruce Hampel said.
“The Cab Chassis and Club Cab variants provide customers another opportunity to create a vehicle that suits their lifestyle – from tackling their chosen trade to chasing weekend adventures.”
The new lineup includes work-ready Single Cab and Double Cab Cab Chassis models, expanding the Triton’s appeal in various markets. The introduction of two new Club Cab variants, priced at $47,240 for the GLX Club Cab – Cab Chassis and $50,340 for the GLX+ Club Cab – Pickup, both equipped with 4WD and a six-speed automatic transmission, further enhances the Triton’s versatility.

Cab Chassis pricing begins at $34,490 for the Triton GLX Single Cab – Cab Chassis (2WD, MT) and rises to $61,540 for the Triton GSR Double Cab – Cab Chassis (4WD, AT). Additionally, the Triton GLX, GLX+, and GLX-R model ranges now feature a sub one-tonne payload option following the successful introduction of similar GLS and GSR models last year.
“Our vision is to drive Australians to be more adventurous, and these new models give Triton the product depth to deliver on this promise,” Hampel added.
The Mitsubishi Triton Cab Chassis and Club Cab ranges will be gradually launched throughout 2025, starting with the Double Cab – Cab Chassis, which is now available for order. The sub one-tonne payload options for GLX, GLX+, and GLX-R models are expected to become available in Q3 2025, along with the Single Cab – Cab Chassis and Club Cab vehicles.
