The MTA NSW Group has announced the appointment of Louise Kinloch as its new General Manager – Training, a role in which she will oversee and lead training functions across the organisation.
Ms Kinloch brings more than 15 years’ experience in operations and education leadership, with a strong background in workforce development, strategic business planning and the management of complex vocational training environments.
She said she was looking forward to joining the organisation at a pivotal time for the industry.
“I am excited to join MTA NSW Group at such an important time for the industry, with skills shortages and technological shifts highlighting the critical role of training,” Ms Kinloch said.
“Contributing to an organisation with such a long and significant legacy in the automotive sector is an honour, and I look forward to working with our talented teams to shape the future of the industry.”
Ms Kinloch’s expertise spans the Australian Qualifications Framework, ASQA standards and vocational education funding models, supporting a proven track record of delivering sustainable business outcomes and building high-performing teams.

MTA NSW Group Chief Executive Officer Stavros Yallouridis welcomed the appointment, highlighting its significance for the organisation and the wider automotive industry.
