In February, MTA NSW will celebrate that talent with the inaugural Automotive Excellence Awards 2026, bringing the industry together for a night of recognition, inspiration, and connection.
With award categories spanning mechanical repair, collision repair, tyre services, dealerships, and more, the awards shine a spotlight on the people and businesses setting new benchmarks in skill, professionalism, and innovation.

The gala evening will also support Cars For Hope, highlighting the importance of wellbeing alongside technical excellence.
According to Jason Steporowski, General Manager — Membership & Sales, MTA NSW Group, the Automotive Excellence Awards are a chance for the industry to come together, recognise achievement, and invest in the future of automotive in NSW.
