NARVA at ‘Cars In the Cloud’

NARVA Stars at second Virtual Trade Show for 2020.

Last year, Narva participated in Australia’s first ever virtual trade show for the automotive industry ‘Cars In the Cloud’.

In response to COVID-19 restrictions preventing in-person trade events from taking place, many of Australia’s leading automotive brands came together to create a virtual space for mechanics, workshops and those with a vested interest in the automotive aftermarket, to see and hear the latest and greatest our industry had to offer.

‘Cars in the Cloud’ returned for a second show on November 26, taking place from 12-8pm AEDT. The online event was entirely free for visitors, who were treated to: talking to the people behind Australia’s leading auto brands via video chat; learning about new products and the latest technology at interactive tech talks and hearing speakers on how to keep moving forward. With more than 20 hours of live content; the ability to chat with other mechanics and more was all available from the comfort of their own home.

Narva’s virtual showcase included some of the brand’s most innovative recent releases, such as a lithium-powered soldering iron (Part No. 56394), the Surefit range of halogen-replacement L.E.D headlight globes, Narva’s super-tough Geomax Class 1 L.E.D strobe and a special preview of the upcoming second generation Ultima 215 L.E.D driving light.

Tech talks were a major highlight of ‘Cars In The Cloud’ and the Narva team were keen to share their expert knowledge on topics such as L.E.D and halogen performance globes, heavy duty emergency and warning lighting along with a behind the scenes look at Narva’s research and testing facilities.

Narva was pleased to bring 4WD industry expert Simon Christie along to the event as a keynote speaker, also participating in a live Q&A session.

Simon covered the 4×4 and touring industry explosion in a post-COVID economy, as well as practical tips about setting up 4×4 vehicles properly with advice for mechanics on how to capture the hearts and minds of the modern 4×4 customer.

Those who missed out on the ‘Cars in the Cloud’ virtual tradeshow can still check out the on-demand content, including all tech talks and keynote speakers, which is now live at www.carsinthecloud.com.au.
