The 2025 Nissan X-TRAIL lineup has been refreshed, bringing technology and convenience upgrades to enhance one of Australia’s favourite mid-size SUVs.
The range now offers five trim levels, seating options for five or seven passengers (in ST, ST-L, and N-Trek variants), 2WD or 4WD options, and the choice of the innovative e-POWER powertrain (available on ST-L, Ti, and Ti-L).

“Nissan’s X-TRAIL has sold over 300,000 units in Australia, making it one of the country’s most popular and versatile family SUVs,” Nissan Australia’s Marketing Director Sriram Padmanabhan said.
“The MY25 updates further refine this popular formula with key tech and convenience improvements that customers will notice every time they drive.”
The 2025 X-TRAIL ST sees its already comprehensive list of features enhanced with the addition of an Approach unlock and walkaway lock function.
The X-TRAIL ST-L receives even more upgrades, with a 12.3-inch central touchscreen featuring standard navigation, a wireless charging pad, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This grade also includes the Approach unlock and walkaway lock feature, making it even more convenient for drivers.
For N-Trek customers, upgrades include wireless charging, wireless Android Auto, and Approach unlock and walkaway lock functions. The X-TRAIL Ti adds the same features, along with a hands-free automatic tailgate.
The X-TRAIL Ti-L offers wireless Android Auto and Approach unlock and walkaway lock functionality, ensuring the ultimate in tech and convenience.
