Australian Clutch Services launch new performance products at SEMA 2019.
Australian Clutch Services have recently launched several new products at SEMA Show 2019 in Las Vegas. The new products come from their performance and motorsport line of upgrades sold in Australia under the Xtreme Clutch brand and under XClutch in the USA.
Three new kits were launched at the show including a sprung version of their 263mm twin plate organic street upgrade for the 2018 – on Mustang GT, a 230mm Dodge Challenger triple plate organic and a 184mm sprung ceramic twin plate to suit motorsport applications in the Hyundai i30N. Each of the kits have been designed to offer a significant increase in clamping force for vehicles with performance modifications and the kits come complete with everything required for the installation including alignment tool, bearings and hydraulics where applicable.
“SEMA Show 2019 was the ideal place to launch our latest range of performance upgrades,” says Brenton Jordan, Australian Clutch Services Managing Director, “These upgrades have been designed to suit vehicles from the US and Australia and our development team have been working hard to engineer and test these products before the official launch at SEMA.” Australian Clutch Services have seen continued growth in their export program with the XClutch brand quickly developing throughout America. “The XClutch brand is still relatively new in the US but is quickly making a name for offering high quality solutions across an extensive range of vehicles,” explains Brenton. “Having such a comprehensive vehicle coverage allows us to branch into many areas of the market that require a performance street or motorsport clutch solution and that are not currently being catered for. Our warehouse in the US also allows us to quickly and efficiently provide complete kits to our distributor base throughout the US and Canada.”
XClutch and Xtreme Clutch performance upgrades are currently used by some of the top motorsport teams and car builders in Australia, Europe and the US. XClutch was also recently chosen for the incredible build of an AWD, quad rotor Mazda RX-7 being developed by YouTube star, Rob Dahm. “We enjoy working with tuners and builders on custom clutch upgrades and the quad plate 184mm clutch that we developed for Rob Dahm was no exception,” says Brenton. “Rob Dahm also displayed the clutch with the vehicle at SEMA and it was great to see so many people taking inspiration from this amazing vehicle.”
