Customer experience remains a key focus

Repco General Manager of Retail Kathleen Long accepted the award alongside GPC Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer Amy Frangos.

Ms Long said the recognition reflected the efforts of the thousands of team members working across the retailer’s extensive national network.

“This award recognises the more-than 8,000 Repco team members in our 300-plus stores who make our business the trusted go-to for vehicle owners and automotive trade business across the country,” Ms Long said.

“As well as offering the biggest in-store product ranges, our passionate people reflect the needs and interests of our customers, which underpins their exceptional customer service every day.”

Strong position in the Australian automotive aftermarket

The award reinforces Repco’s position as one of Australia’s largest automotive aftermarket retailers, serving both trade customers and everyday motorists through its network of more than 300 stores.

With competition intensifying across the broader retail sector, the recognition highlights the continued importance of customer service, product availability and industry expertise in maintaining customer loyalty.

The latest achievement adds to a growing list of accolades for Repco as the business continues to strengthen its presence across Australia’s automotive aftermarket sector.
